Educational and informational only

GoldPayroll provides market prices, educational content, and record-keeping tools for general informational purposes. Nothing on this site is financial, investment, tax, legal, or accounting advice, an appraisal, an insurance valuation, or an offer to buy or sell any asset. Always consult qualified professionals before making decisions.

Estimates and data accuracy

Prices are sourced from third-party providers, are indicative, and may be delayed or inaccurate. Valuations produced by Vault Report are estimates based on the data you enter and on spot prices at the time of generation; they do not reflect dealer premiums or discounts, condition, numismatic value, liquidity, or transaction costs. Actual realizable value may differ significantly. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter.

Your data and backups

Vault Report stores your inventory locally in your browser on your device. GoldPayroll does not store, back up, or have access to that data and is not responsible for any loss of it (for example, from clearing browser data, device failure, or switching browsers). Keep your own copies using the export features.

No custody or transactions

GoldPayroll does not take custody of any metal, hold funds, process payments for assets, or execute trades or transfers. It is purely a calculation and documentation resource.

Third-party links and affiliates

The site may link to third-party websites or include affiliate links. We are not responsible for third-party content, products, or practices, and inclusion of a link is not an endorsement.

Limitation of liability
